NEW ORLEANS – A man accused of cutting his ankle monitor off is being sought by the New Orleans Police Department. Romaley Loring is wanted after he cut his court-ordered ankle monitoring device off, according to the Assured Supervision Accountability Program, the ankle monitor program used by New Orleans.
