Cheap Trick may have to surrender to this weekend’s rain forecast, according to a Friday night release from the Jefferson Parish government. While the band was still slated to go on stage at 2:15 p.m. Saturday, the Jefferson Parish government added an asterisk warning that the Cheap Trick concert would only happen, “weather permitting.”
