There are a few showers wrapped around the mesoscale low currently over the Northshore. These showers emerged over the Northshore during the late 9 pm and through 11 pm. These storms are in 3 rows tracking south to north from the lake along I-55 to beyond Kentwood, the second is over central St. Tammany and Washington Parishes with the heaviest of light to moderate rain (some small portions of heavy rain) currently, over of I-12 and northern Washington Parish. The third line begins from Lake Borgne through Slidell and tracks farther north over Picayune currently. The lightest of rain associated with these three lines are over the South Shore, but are mostly mist, drizzle with a low chance of light rain. While tracking north, all three tracks are drifting eastward. For now, 11.24 pm every single one is between I-55 and I-99. possibly an hour to an hour and 30 minutes before the exit out of the area. This rain not as nearly as strong as earlier this evening (see image below).
