NEW ORLEANS ( WGNO ) — Monday, Feb. 5 begins a new week of parades in New Orleans and on the West Bank.
Two West Bank parades, Krewe of Music and Krewe of Nandi, are set to make their carnival season debuts this week.

The Culinary Queens of New Orleans has canceled its 2024 roll due to unforeseen circumstances. The parade was set to happen on Tuesday, Feb. 6 but krewe leaders said that it was not financially feasible to hold a parade of the magnitude West Bankers deserve and expect.
Temperatures are expected to be in the 60s for some major parades this week.
