New Orleans Police Department homicide detectives are investigating after a man was found dead Friday morning in the Tulane-Gravier area. The NOPD received a report of an unresponsive man in the 700 block of South Galvez Street about 6:55 a.m., police said. Emergency medical personnel responded and declared the man deceased.
