Earlier this week in New Orleans, Louisiana as the city got ready the Krewe of Hermes parade, a different kind of display of carnival fun unfolded in front of Gallier Hall. It wasn’t just the floats that entertained the crowds this time, but a group of New Orleans law enforcement officers who decided to take the party to the streets in their own unique way. As the signature notes of “Lean Wit It, Rock Wit It” by Dem Franchize Boyz filled the air around Lafayette Square, these officers couldn’t resist showing off their dance moves while waiting for the parade to begin.
