NEW ORLEANS – Two people were taken to the hospital Tuesday night, after a crash involving a truck float in Treme. A WDSU viewer said children were on board the float. An NOPD spokesperson confirmed the crash happened at 6:45 p.m. at North Claiborne Avenue and Iberville Street. Two people were taken to the hospital, however their conditions are unknown at this time.
