NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A woman was killed in a hit-and-run incident on the I-10 Service Road Saturday (April 20), according to the NOPD. Around 8:39 p.m., officers were called to the 8500 block of the I-10 Service Road, where they found an unresponsive adult female in the eastbound lane.
