Rain ending, followed by front, followed by more rain

Saturday’s rainy start will give way to a front that will dry us out and giving us some pleasant nights and mornings.

“Additional rain in our area this Saturday morning finally starts to end by the afternoon,” said WWL-TV meteorologist Brooke Laizer. “At that point, a cold front swings through and brings cooler, dryer weather for your Saturday evening and Sunday.”

Brooke says we have not seen the last of the rain, though.

“Another round of rain late Monday bringing potential flooding by mid-week, she warns.
