The affected areas can expect to see flooding less than 2 feet above normally dry ground. The initial advisory remains in effect until early this morning, while a subsequent advisory is set to begin at 6 PM this evening, lasting until 6 AM CST Wednesday, according to a report from the National Weather Service.
