3 November 11 New Orleans murders, all still unsolved

NEW ORLEANS ( WGNO ) — Over a span of years, the New Orleans Police Department has been working multiple murders that all occurred on November 11 and remain unsolved. Those cases are the latest ones to roll on the Wheel of Justice.

NOPD: Thieves stole Delgado tools to steal ATM

On Nov. 11 of 2017, Je’Ryan Edwards was one of six people shot at the corner of Forstall and Burgundy Streets. He was the only victim there who died. On that same day in 2017, Louis Henry was shot and killed in the 1400 block of Flanders Street. Then on November 11 of 2020, Curlie Thomas was found shot to death inside of a car in the 6800 block of Cindy Place in New Orleans East.

Years later, all 3 murders remain unsolved.

But there’s another unsolved murder that happened on November 11, 2020, but not in New Orleans. The Saint James Parish Sheriff’s Office says Ja’Naries Gaudia was found shot to death in Vacherie.
