New Orleans Police are looking for clues after three people were shot Sunday night in a triple shooting that left one victim dead.
“The NOPD is investigating… a homicide by shooting that occurred at the intersection of Franklin Ave and Madrid street,” Public Information Officer James Roberson said in an email.
He said that initial information shows at least one adult victim was shot and killed.
“2 additional adult victims arrived at an area hospital by private convenience suffering from at least one gun shot wound to the body.”
Roberson said the gender and race of the victims was not immediately clear.
It happened just after 7:00pm.
