NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans Police are asking for the public’s assistance with locating a missing adult. According to investigators, Donnie Jewell Smith was last seen around 10:00 a.m. on December 15, at his residence in the 5600 block of Clements Drive. He left his residence on an electric bicycle and did not take his cellular phone or wallet.
