NEW ORLEANS – Severe thunderstorms and weather across southeast Louisiana on Saturday evening prompted multiple alerts and safety measures from the National Weather Service. Tornado Warning extended until 9:15 p.m., while a Tornado Watch remains in effect for Southeast LA and South MS until 11 a.m. Flash Flood Warning in effect until 12:15 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 28.
