NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – With Southeast Louisiana gradually thawing out after a historic winter blast left 10 inches of snow in the metro area, many restaurants in the city slowly reopened their doors.
On Bienville St. in Mid-City, Norma’s Sweet Bakery operates with limited hours for anyone needing a hot launch and groceries.
