NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The woman arrested in connection with the shooting death of a 3-year-old in Central City last November is behind bars once again.
Investigators say the test results of a ‘white powder’ found in Tatisha Refuge’s home on the night of Rudy Ratliff’s death came back from the state crime lab positive for fentanyl.
Officers arrested her Feb. 26 at the same home where the child died nearly three months prior. She was booked on illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) in the presence of someone under 17, illegal carrying of a weapon with a CDS, and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl of more than 250 grams.
