New Orleans DA announces indictments in three murders and one rape

A New Orleans grand jury this week indicted three men accused of opening fire last November in front of Dickie Brennan’s restaurant, killing a woman and injuring three others.

Nicholas Miorana Jr., 29, Daniel Miorana, 21, and Darrel Adams, 23, were each indicted with one count of second-degree murder and obstruction of justice, as well as three counts of attempted second-degree murder. New Orleans police say the men executed a “targeted” daytime shooting when they killed 27-year-old Yasmeen Webb and injured a 40-year-old man, a 39-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man in the 700 block of Iberville Street.
