After a 17-year-old was shot in Kenner, 16-year-old admitted pulling the trigger, police say

A fight between two teens in Kenner Saturday afternoon ended in gunfire that left one hospitalized and the other in handcuffs, according to authorities.

The victim, a 17-year-old boy, suffered two gunshot wounds, said Deputy Chief Mark McCormick, spokesperson for the Kenner Police Department. He was in stable condition.
