NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A SWAT roll is underway at a Metairie residence Thursday (March 27) morning after suspect failed to comply with an arrest.
A large law enforcement presence has gathered near the intersection of West Esplanade and Lake Villa, causing major traffic delays.
