NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – New Orleans police have arrested one of its officers on suspicion of stalking.
Authorities booked 24-year-old Kaja Rhea into the Orleans Justice Center Wednesday (March 26) after they say he’s stalked his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend since February.
