Severe storms tore through South Louisiana early Monday morning, bringing powerful wind, hail, flooding rains, and confirmed tornadoes across multiple parishes. The chaos, which began before sunrise, left thousands waking up without power and triggered school delays and closures across the region.
Among the flood of storm-related updates, one video quickly began to make its rounds on social media. It showed a school bus driver in Springfield pulling over to the side of the road while what appeared to be a tornado passed through the area. The video, shared by WBRZ, captured the scary moment as the bus rocked in heavy wind and rain during a Tornado Warning issued for parts of Livingston and Tangipahoa Parishes.
