LAFAYETTE, La. ( KLFY ) — A fatal two vehicle crash on LA. 719 near Ridge Road in Lafayette Parish on April 4, authorities said.
The crash claimed the life of Charlene Martin, 59, Slidell, authorities said.
During the investigation, it was revealed that a vehicle driven by Katie Owens of Slidell, was traveling south on LA. 719 and at the same time another vehicle was traveling north on LA. 719.
