New Orleans’ new riverfront park expected to be finished this year

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – In what usually is a quiet area of the French Quarter, there is a lot of construction noise coming from the vacant Governor Nicholls Wharf.

The partial demolition of the structure is part of a $30 million project spearheaded by the Audubon Nature Institute.
