Cops say a man is dead after a Thursday morning crash on the Westbank Expressway.
“Just before 05:00 am, Troopers with Louisiana State Police Troop B began investigating a crash involving a pedestrian on the upper level of US 90B near Stumpf Boulevard,” Trooper Jacob Pucheu said in a news release. “The crash ultimately claimed the life of 24-year-old Shamond Jacobs of Terrytown.”
He says Jacobs was walking in the eastbound lanes… wearing dark clothing…
