A 20-year-old man was shot and killed in front of a Harvey home Wednesday morning in a hail of gunfire that startled residents of the usually quiet neighborhood.
The homicide was reported about 30 minutes after a 15-year-old boy arrived at West Jefferson Medical Center in Marrero with life-threatening gunshot wounds.
