The New Orleans Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a suspect accused of felony theft. A felony theft reportedly took place on April 8, in the 600 block of Loyola Avenue. NOPD detectives, through investigative work, have identified the suspect as Candace Leshelle Jordan, born on June 21, 1981.
