The New Orleans Police Department is seeking two individuals, Tee Onda Chambers and Keyantae Manning, in connection with a recent theft and theft by fraud case. The NOPD has requested the public’s assistance in locating the suspects, who are accused of stealing over $8,000 using a stolen bank card account. The alleged incident, which involved the use of a cellphone previously reported stolen, occurred on Saturday.
According to a report by NOPD News, Chambers and Manning face multiple charges including Identity Theft and Access Device Fraud, both felonies, along with a misdemeanor charge for Theft Less Than $1,000. Witnesses reported spotting the suspects having fled the scene on Saturday after fraudulently accessing the victim’s funds.
Chambers is described as a Black female, born on February 22, 2001, while Manning, also a Black female, was born on August 7, 2002.
