NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A suspect is dead after being shot by an officer who was dragged by a car in the Lower Garden District, according to NOPD Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick.
Kirkpatrick says the female officer and a bystander were struck by the suspect’s vehicle.
