According to the latest update, an 80 percent chance of precipitation today promises a wet afternoon with potential rainfall amounts ranging between a quarter and a half an inch.

As the skies clear tonight, residents can anticipate a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 7pm and a mostly clear evening with temperatures dipping to the mid-60s, giving way to a sunny Sunday with a high near 78 degrees, however, the wind remains gentle and unassuming, a northwest draft of about 5 mph becoming north after the midnight veil envelopes the city in its quiet reprieve. The pattern of clear skies will seemingly extend into Sunday night, promising an unobstructed view of starlight with a low around 63 degrees.
