A 16-year-old boy is accused of shooting his father dead in a Chalmette motel Sunday after a fight between the man and his wife turned physical, according to the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office.
No charges have been filed against the boy by Monday morning and the investigation is ongoing, according to a social media post by the Sheriff’s Office.
