Flour Moon Bagels will no longer be sold at Hotel Henrietta’s cafe, the bakery announced on Instagram last week.
Known for making northeast-style bagels, Flour Moon opened its first location just off North Broad Street in 2022, gaining national attention when Bon Appetit listed it as the home of some of the best bagels in the U.S. outside of New York.
The bagel business started a wholesale agreement in April 2024 with Uptown’s Hotel Henrietta to offer a limited menu of bagels for hotel guests, but Flour Moon said it’ll no longer provide products to the hotel. It cut ties on July 1, announcing the news via Instagram on July 6…
