New Orleans Police Seek Public Assistance in Locating Two Suspects in Illegal Dumping Incident Near Michoud

The New Orleans Police Department has turned to the public for assistance in tracking down two individuals linked to a case of illegal dumping near the Michoud exit on Interstate 10 eastbound. The persons of interest have been identified as Elizabeth Alleman Bulot, a white female born on January 26, 1968, and Richard John Bulot IV, a white male born on November 22, 1998, as stated in a recent NOPD publication. NOPD News reports that a grey 2019 Toyota Tundra, connected to the Bulots at an address in Slidell, LA, was caught on video committing the environmental offense.

Investigators have mentioned that the same truck registered to both Elizabeth and Richard John Bulot IV appears to have been used in the illegal activity.
