The New Orleans Police Department has turned to the public for assistance in tracking down two individuals linked to a case of illegal dumping near the Michoud exit on Interstate 10 eastbound. The persons of interest have been identified as Elizabeth Alleman Bulot, a white female born on January 26, 1968, and Richard John Bulot IV, a white male born on November 22, 1998, as stated in a recent NOPD publication.
