BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A Louisianan is going overseas to compete for the crown in the Ms. Black Southern States pageant.
Whitney Thomas is making her pageant debut after a career in modeling. Thomas will represent Louisiana and the broader southern region in the Bahamas from July 20 to 27.
