New Orleans cops are looking for at least one killer after two murders in about ten minutes.
“NOPD is investigating a homicide that occurred in the 1600 block of Franklin Avenue,” Public Relations Specialist Karen Boudrie said in an email. “Investigators are trying to determine if this homicide and the one at N. Miro and Mandeville are at all related.”
