NEW ORLEANS — The U.S. Attorney’s office left federal court Wednesday with egg on their face after a federal magistrate rejected their motion to revoke the bond of fraud defendant Vanessa Motta, finding that many of the government’s allegations were either exaggerated or false.
Motta, a Hollywood stunt woman-turned accident lawyer, has been suspended from practicing law since her indictment in the massive staged accident fraud case that WWL Louisiana has covered for years as “Highway Robbery.”
