A 19-year-old man was in critical but stable condition after authorities say he was shot Sunday following an altercation outside of a Harvey bar.
The shooting was reported about 3 a.m. in the 1500 block of Lapalco Boulevard, said Capt. Jason Rivarde, with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
