A male victim was killed in the early hours Thursday in Marigny, New Orleans police said.
At about 3:10 a.m., officers were called to a medical emergency near the intersection of Frenchmen and Decatur streets. Upon arriving at the 2100 block of Decatur Street, officers found the victim lying unresponsive and saw that he had been shot multiple times, police said.
