Early morning drivers heading to the West Bank through the Crescent City Connection are in for a rough start to their Friday.
A crash had blocked three right lanes on U.S. Route 90B West before General De Gaulle Drive before 6:15 a.m., according to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development’s X account.
