The New Orleans Police Department is actively seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person of interest connected to a homicide case. The incident, which occurred in the early morning hours of July 31, resulted in the death of a young male on Franklin Avenue, as reported by the New Oleans Police Department.
According to New Orleans Police Department , officers responded to a call at approximately 4:22 a.m. and arrived at the 1600 block of Franklin Avenue to find a 14-year-old, later identified by the Orleans Parish Coroner as Jacarin Scott, who had sustained at least one gunshot wound.
