In the video, the two suspects are seen walking up to the truck. At one point, they get inside the cab. They’re also seen popping the hood, allowing access to the motor. The footage does not show the two drive away in the truck. But police say they headed toward North Alexander Street.

The very next day, police reported the theft of a motorized scooter two blocks away on North Hennessey Street, but they’re not connecting the cases at this point.
