Davis, identified as a Black female born on August 13, 1987, is linked to unauthorized financial activities affecting a local victim—whose personal property was initially reported stolen on June 24.

According to NOPD News, the theft occurred near the busy intersection of Poydras Street and Convention Center Boulevard, a location often buzzing with activity, complicating the task of discerning illicit behavior in the hustle of city life, the victim later realizing several unauthorized transactions had been made against his bank account; the money was funneled into an account belonging to Davis.
