Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office restores system after cyberattack

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office reports its internal systems are up and running nearly two days after a cyber attack shut them down.

Families Fox 8 spoke with Friday say the attack delayed the release of multiple inmates hoping to return home to their families.
