A New Orleans man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly punching a 75-year-old apartment manager, leaving the older man with brain bleeding and bruising.
Hakeem Joseph, 32, was arrested Wednesday afternoon and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish prison on a count each of second-degree battery and cruelty to the infirm.
