NEW ORLEANS — A heavy NOPD presence can be seen in the 1300 block of Annunciation Street in the Lower Garden District as police investigate a shooting.
There are reports of shots being fired, and at least a dozen New Orleans Police Officers and detectives can be seen in the area. No reports of any injuries.
