NEW ORLEANS — District Attorney Jason Williams announced the seizure of a French Quarter retail business Wednesday after a multi-agency operation involving local, state, and federal law enforcement.
The business, known as “Kulture,” is located in the 300 block of Burgundy Street.
Officials said the business was seized after a court-approved search warrant was executed. The months-long investigation uncovered a large-scale narcotics and firearms trafficking network “operating under the guise of a French Quarter retail business,” a release said…
