After a month’s long investigation law enforcement says French Quarter clothing store, Kulture, has been seized for illegal operations.

The New Orleans District Attorney was joined by local leaders, representatives NOPD, Louisiana State Police and Homeland Security Investigations during Wednesdays announcement that Kulture was actually apart of a large scale criminal enterprise, distributing illegal narcotics and firearms.
