St. John the Baptist Parish Attorneys recognized at State NAACP Women’s Luncheon

St. John the Baptist Parish attorney Atoundra Pierre Lawson was recently honored by the Louisiana State Conference of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) for her long-standing dedication to justice and community advocacy.

Pierre Lawson was chosen to speak at the organization’s 83rd Louisiana State Convention and Leadership Conference during the Women in the NAACP (WIN) Luncheon, where she joined Judge Erica Green of the 19th Judicial District Court and State Rep. Sylvia Taylor.

Taylor, who was also a panelist at the event, has built a lifelong career around service, fairness, and empowerment. Taylor is the State Representative in Louisiana’s 57th District, where she brings her decades of legal and community experience to the state legislature…
