NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The race is on to win voters in the only two New Orleans City Council races not decided Saturday night.
Residents in large portions of Lakeview, Carrollton and New Orleans East must choose between council candidates who didn’t win outright in the Oct. 11 primary.
