New Orleans Police are looking for Stevie James Carruth, born February 24, 1990. Carruth is wanted for stealing a firearm. The theft happened on August 9, 2025, at about 5:30 p.m. in the 600 block of North Rampart Street. Police say Carruth was seen on video taking a firearm and leaving the area.
