A Reserve man is held on bond after a months-long narcotics investigation led to the seizure of guns, drugs, cash, and a vehicle in St. John the Baptist and Jefferson Parishes, authorities said.
Lyndon Leigh Lakhan, 45, was arrested on Oct. 23 and booked into the parish jail in LaPlace with a $431,500 bond, the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
Detectives from the narcotics division began investigating Lakhan in early September on suspicion of drug trafficking. During his arrest and searches at three locations, which include Meeker Loop in LaPlace, East 30th Street in Reserve, and in Metairie, investigators seized over 400 grams of cocaine, fentanyl, amphetamines, firearms, U.S. currency, and a vehicle, the sheriff’s office said…
